In his statement, CZ proposed a system that would allow people to send messages to celebrities and cryptocurrency influencers by paying a certain fee. Cryptocurrencies would be used as payments, CZ suggested BNB payments for this. If the person receiving the message did not respond within five days, half of the fee would be returned to the person asking the question.
